Bunn Complaint - Did not receive product

NEW YORK -- On 1-16-07, I ordered a 12 cup Bunn coffee pot from total Vac. Paid with a credit card. Received in the mail a vacuum cleaner part belonging to a man in New Jersey. Never received the coffee pot nor any paperwork pertaining to it yet $117.00 was charged to my credit card and paid.

What do I do?

Contact their customer service, if they don't resolve the issue. Contact your Credit Card company and dispute the charge.

I agree with Dirtydave, PirateWithParrot, and Sparticus...call shipper's customer service to resolve the issue.

Wonder why the poster made no attempt to resolve this sooner. What's the time limit for credit card dispute? Might it not be too late by now? For his/her sake, I hope not.
