Tiger Direct / OnRebate Complaint - Rebates never sent - Computer parts

I applied for rebates. I sent in all the required information in September of 2005. I had to keep talking with them to finally get them to approve the rebate on June 6, 2006. Now they say they have sent me 3 checks in the mail on Dec. 13, 2006 (6 months later!!!!!!). But as of today, March 19, 2007 I have not received anything. The Tracking Numbers are: YTRPXX2PEB9VY3HR, TQA4HCC2R2HQY7TS, A3QY9MPANBKTFPT8 They owe me a total of $100. I never dreamed that getting a rebate would be like pulling teeth.

The merchandise I got from Tiger Direct is working fine. But don't believe it when they say they will help you get the rebates. They have not done anything to help me.


This is Sept. 2007.
Now, two years later, I got my rebate checks!

Larry, ask them how they sent them to you. Those tracking numbers do not belong to any of the carriers in the USA.
Try this site for tracking, and you can track just about anything, except for the bogus tracking numbers they gave you.

I think I have been MORE than patient. It has been one year and eight months since my purchase and I STILL have NOT seen my rebates.

That is why I am telling everyone I can about the kind of treatment I have gotten. If you want me to come back and tell them how great Tiger Direct is then please send me my money. I did everything you asked. Yet all I have gotten are empty promises.

So please see that the checks are actually mailed. Once I get them I'll come back here and tell everyone that you came through.
