HAWAII -- I had good experiences with MBNA until Bank of America took over. The rates and customer service used to be excellent; now they are awful.
Without warning, BoA increased my rate and monthly payment. They claimed that they had sent me a letter about this. They had not.
I simply got a loan from my bank at a good rate and paid off BoA/MBNA. I will NEVER EVER use them again. They cannot be trusted!
