This website listed beautiful bulbs, direct from Holland.
I ordered over $300 worth of spring Tulip and Daffodil bulbs. After months of waiting, the bulbs are not exacting what I had paid for. Cheaper bulbs of differnt species were mixed into the bags of top shelf bulbs.
Their policy is to replace the bulbs, or give a complete refund, whichever the customer requests.
Instead of offering me a refund of two items, they decided to send me a replacement, for next years planting! I replied, in email, that expected a refund, immediately.
That was met with no response. From my expereince, you don't get premium tulip bulbs, and your bulbs arrive mixed with other species of plants that you didn't even order!
They don't stand behind their refund policy at all and customer service is a joke!
