Carrier Corporation Complaint - Poor Quality Product

SAN ANTONIO, TEXAS -- Carrier A/ installed in my home since 1996.
Three coil units have failed in unit so far,every 2 years.Each failure cost is $550+
Carrier has refused to answer 14 letters requsiting reimbursement on last failure.
Never buy a carrier product, poor quality and no customer service. Example of American corporate greed at its finest.
