I'm sorry to hear you've had problems with Heart Guardian, many people seem to have had issues with them. If I were you I wouldn't expect any investigation to follow, the investigation is what led to the warning letter from the FDA. What will likely happen is Heart Guardian will change the wording in the their ads to comply with the regulations and go on selling their products. The FDA has no authority to enforce any laws in this country, they can turn over egregious cases to the DOJ for criminal prosecution, but that only happens in rare cases, usually when the intent is malicious. Until there is any real oversight with dietary supplements, the best course of action is for consumers like yourself to warn others that these products are making false claims that they can't support. I used to work for a company that made dietary supplements and I can tell you from what I've seen there I would be cautious about buying supplements that are not tested to USP standards. On a side note, I find it quite humerous that there is an advertisment below your complaint to try CholesterBlock!
