Unilever PLC London Informative - Unclear rebate rejection letter irritating
YOUNG AMERICA, MINNESOTA -- The letter your company sent rejecting the Q1 Multibrand Rebate offer irriated me greatly. It did not specify exactly HOW my order form did not meet the product proof-of-purchase requirements. That additional information would have met my requirements for a clear, concise letter to a loyal customer.
The consumer affairs department of Young America which represented Unilever in the rebate offer should be trained in producing letters that inform NOT irriate the recipient.
