Valley Auto Center Complaint - Complaint regarding purchase of a used truck

FONTANA, CALIFORNIA -- My trucks frame has broke twice in two years and to my understandings is not repairable. After reviewing contract I came across the trucks VIN Number and it was different from the Numbers in the windshield, also Number of cyclinders stats V8 but was informed it was only a V6, and at the time of purchase I added an extended warranty and paid an additional $1,800 to later find out it was never valid because warranty company doesnot cover altered vehicles and prior to purchase this truck was altered by Valley Auto Center

To help keep me as a potential future customer, I would like the following:

Since Fiance company took over the vehicle I feel it would fair for Valley to cover total cost of contract.

At the very least I would like a response from your company regarding this incident. Thank you for your time.

When you bought your truck, did they inform that this truck had been wrecked or rebuilt? It sounds to me like you have a great lawsuit case. It doesn't cost much to file for small claims and you don't need a Lawyer for small claims. Take a stand and don't put up with any double talk from a car dealer or a Fiance company. If the frame broke twice, it sounds like they sold you an unsafe vehicle and since the VIN numbers don't match, call the State and local Police! Good luck!
