Feather River Door Company/Home Depot Complaint - Feather River Door Company @ Home Depot

I am in the process of a build out for a business that required ordering 9 interior doors. After finding a 'great" deal from a company called Feather River Door Company, I ordered $4000.00 worth of interior doors through Home Depot. The 3 week turnaround has now become 7 weeks. Because the doors have not arrived, the build out process has stopped and I am losing revenue daily. When I contacted Feather River Door Company at their headquarters, the customer service representative hung up on me! It took a total of 9 days to only be told that the doors will be available in 2 weeks. The only reason I know THAT is because of the people at Home Depot.

I recommend NEVER working through this company!

Why didn't you cancel the order and get different doors, allowing you to finish the job?

by the time I was told what was going on, other doors would have taken longer. I still have not received them or had a real explaination from the company. I was told they would be in the 5th of April - we will see....
