Rite Aid Complaint - Listing products for sale when the store does not have them
PHILADELPHIA, PENNSYLVANIA -- According to this week's ad, Fuji film twin pack was on sale for $5.99. When I went to the store early Sunday morning, they did not have it in stock and said it was not coming in until Tuesday. The store is located at Frankford Ave. and Levick Sts., Phila., PA 19135 - two blocks from my home. This is not the first time this has happened at this location. How can you advertise a sale from Sunday when the merchandise will not come in until Tuesday? Also, I could not buy two separate film packs, they would charge me $4.59 for each. This is false advertising. I will go to CVS from now on - at least they stock what they advertise.
To help keep me as a potential future customer, I would like the following:
Stop using false advertisements. Maybe a consumer group should be checking on your stores for this.
At the very least I would like a response from your company regarding this incident. Thank you for your time.
