U.S. Support Company / Hughes Networks Informative - Unethicial employee lunch break policies

As an employee of U.S. Support company / Hughes Networks Billing Department,at the Shreveport, La. location. I can truly say when it comes to employee lunch breaks they are unethical, we work 12 hour shifts without being allowed to take any kind of break, when calls are in queue and that's 7 days a week back to back. This is all due to the Company's many customer complaints and class action lawsuits regarding overall poor service and products. Hughes Billing Dept.at the Shreveport location will be relocating overseas in early may, so local consumers look out. Please read the companies terms and conductions when it comes to termination of your contract before getting this service or it could cost you up to $700.in fees.

I know the type of company I work for, therefore seeking new employment ASAP.......

Hi - You are not the only one who feels this way about US Support Company. As a matter, I have started a message board about them and rank #1 or #2 with Google about them.
