Everything Furniture, Inc. Complaint - Bad Service
I submitted an online purchase with this company. My credit card was charged immediately FOR $469.00. One week later, I emailed An inquiry regarding expected delivery date. I was emailed that the item was on back order and would not be shipped for another 4 weeks. I requested that the order be cancelled and my credit card charge reversed. I followed up with a telephone call the same day, again requesting a refund. I was told it would take 4 to 5 days for the transaction to appear on my credit card. It has now been 11 days and I still do not have a refund. I have emailed them and they do not reply. I have telephoned them, and was put on hold. I hung up after 10 minutes on hold. When I returned the call, I was put on hold immediately, without even speaking to anyone. They are obviously using caller I.D. to select whom they speak to and whom they don't. I am still trying to get my refund, and warn other people to not find themselves in the same situation that I'm in. DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY YOUR CREDIT CARD NUMBER! THEY WILL OBUSE IT!
