American Craftsmen Pool Complaint - Poor Service

LORTON, VIRGINIA -- You do not provide the service you advertize. It is not done right. You opened my pool and left it in a non-functional state. I had to pay to have it opened by another company. You filed a lawsuit and I had to pay rather than go through the time and trouble it would have taken to prove that you are indeed guilty of fraud.

To help keep me as a potential future customer, I would like the following:

I want others to know that you are not a reliable company.

At the very least I would like a response from your company regarding this incident. Thank you for your time.
