WestBank Urgent Care Complaint - False Advertising - Urgent Care Center

Review by mommyoftwoboys on 2007-03-25
GRETNA, LOUISIANA -- This Urgent care center states in the yellow page ad that they are open till 9pm, this was Friday evening and when we were got up there it was before 8:30. The doors were locked and I had the nurse come to the door and spoke with her, telling her my husband needed to be seen and going to the ER would be hell because I had two kids to deal with too. She told me she had told me 8:30 on the phone, when she had really told me 9. I told her that it wasn,t even 8:30 anyway, and she stated by her clocks it was. We left a few minutes later and drove to the ER, which was only a few minutes away, By the time I made my son a bottle got both kids in the stroller and walked inside to help my husband and finally sat down I looked at my cell phone time, and it said 8:36. Considering what they do when you aren't seen, I would be afraid to get any medical attention from them as they apparently lie anyway.

Mommy, it appears you had a really rough Friday night. First it was to Ochsners, then West Jefferson and finally Westbank. I certainly hope your husband finally received some medical attention.
