Ultimate Weapon Systems Complaint - Non-delivery of goods

BETHLEHEM, CONNECTICUT -- Back in Feb. of last year, I ordered two ASP expandable batons to be delivered to an address in the US. However I was unable to clear the amount with the credit card company for both batons. UWS billed me for one, but cancelled the order. THe baton that was billed and paid for was never delivered.

I have contacted the at least 10 times via email requesting the delivery or refund, heverver they have not replied.

I just want them to credit the amount back to my credit card.
