Sprint Nextel Complaint - BAD SERVICE
TEXAS -- I entered into a contract with sprint. I needed a phone for my job, in which I traveled alot,sometimes working 15 hours a day. The problem was, most of the time I tried to use the phone nobody could hear me or all they could hear was static. And if I did get lucky, and they could hear me, all the sudden I would lose the call. At my house, I could not even get a signal, nor anywhere around where I worked. I called Sprint to complain. They said they were sorry,that I was in a Red Zone. I asked what a red zone was, they said little or no service area. I asked them why they gave me service knowing that I could not use the phone in this area. They said they were working on the problem. I asked how long it would take. They said, Not sure. I told them I was using them anymore. Now they think I owe them a cancelation fee for breaking the contract. So beware, Sprint tells you they have good service, but you better check with others who have them in your area before using them. Then they call you at all hours if you don't pay them and hang up on you. Believe it or not. Harrassment. Its Funny.
