I am just writing to let others out there know about this websites practices. I ordered a cute little t shirt for my dog and started patiently waiting. Over a month went by and I had not recieved the shirt or heard from them. I emailed them to find out what was going on and finally heard back from them. Their response was that the item was out of stock and they were cancelling my order. They included a $5 off coupon that had to be used within 2 weeks. I was a little irritated that it took me getting ahold of them after a month of waiting to find out I would not be getting it. I decided to email back just to express to them that they needed to be more on top of things and let someone know when they place the order that it is not in stock. It would not have been a big deal. I got a response back from them right away (how convenient) saying how dare I talk to them like that,their policies are on their website, they were cancelling the coupon they sent me, and I could "take my tone elsewhere" and at the end called me "cheeky" I just wanted everyone out there to know how unprofessional they are and not to waste their money at that site. www.handsnpwas.com

I don't doubt your dog is happy you didn't receive the T-shirt. Just what was the 'tone' of your email and what did you hope to gain by sending one?

I can attest to this review. they are very rude and once you place your order you are at their mercy as to if and when they will send. they charge your credit card the minute you order but have no intention of processing until they get their money from credit card which can be weeks. When I became aware of this ans saw that my order had not been processed after 3 weeks. I sent eamil. (no phone service) to cancel order and do not ship. I large letters. That is when the nasty email started. !st the updated my order page and said my order was processed. Then they sent me an email and said it was to late it was already shipped. I knew they were lieing and they admitted as much in the next email when. they said they said that cause they did not like my tone and that I had been moved to back of line. I have been trying now for 5 days to get tracking # to get it sent back if it even has been ship. They will not give me any information about shipment or how to return if it comes in. I just got ripped off $400.

I can also back up this complaint: I received the same TERRIBLE and very RUDE costumer service. I made a simple request for a refund on an item that was not shipped in a timely manner and I received nothing but rude emails back (and I was NOT rude to begin with) being accused of diva-like behavior and making up "imaginary" communications. Apparently they think anyone who doesn't just let them do what ever they want is rude and deserves no customer service.

I am not glossing over what I said, nor did I have a tone. I simply said that in the future they should be the one to get ahold of a customer when an item is out of stock, not the customer wondering where there order is. And that is it, no more to the story. Why would there be other people out there with almost the exact same situation if this company was doing business the way they should? I put this post here to help people before this happens to them, not to make up stories.
