Alitalia Airlines Complaint - Avoid travel with them! - Airline

NYC, NEW YORK -- I just recently took a flight on Alitalia Airlines. (3/2007).
Needless to say this was the first and last flight I have taken on Alitalia. I have heard about there so called "customer service" from other family members. And boy were they right!
The staff were rude, non-professional, arrogant and just plain ole nasty! At one point I felt threated by a staff member when I asked him a question. And the response I got from him was that he was the boss and that is how it goes. what he says goes. I have worked in customer service before and know some of the stuff that you have to deal with but there is nothing I can really say that is positive about them.
If at all possible do not fly this airline. Airlines and their staff need to know that they will be held accountable for their service that they provide. They need us more than we need them. Next time I am flying British Airways.
