JONESBORO, GEORGIA -- One year ago my wife and i contracted this company for new windows for our home. They took measurements and come in october to install the windows, each window was 1/4inch too large. Since they had taken out one of our front windows we allowed them to cut one down and install it. They said they would remake the windows and reinstall. After calling for months when no one returned our calls finally they contacted us four times they set up appointments witch they did not keep.On saturday march 24 they finally showed up to complete the job which they did not, they said they would be back the next day and as of this moment they have not returned my calls or shown up. Today is 3/27/07 and i have not heard from them after numerous phone calls.

What about the references you contacted? You did get references didn't you?
