Flight Centre Complaint - No Service - NO Service or assistance

I am so disappointed after attempting to book a holiday for later in the year now so we can save a few dollars by booking early, we approached Flight Centre more than 3 weeks ago and asked for a package deal to which we were told within 3 days we will have a number of ideas for you to pick from. Now after 5 emails and numerous phone calls and visits to the local office we still have NO Plans being supplied. We are now going to arrange it via another agent as FLIGHT CENTRE don't even reply to your complaints via their site with the exception of the automated reply that says
"Although we may not respond directly to every form submitted, please know that all feedback is being reviewed by our Customer Service teams." Well they must be either really sick of answering complaints or on a holiday as they don't respond either or there is no one actually working this area.

Thank goodness you found out about it now before booking anything from them. We've read headaches galore from people who trusted travel agencies - whether online or not- and have gotten the shaft.
