Cingular Wireless Complaint - Inappropriate Billing
TEXAS -- I have been attempting to rectify billing issues since January 2002. After multiple telephone conversations and letters, I have not received a satisfactory result.
All conversations have bee documented to a degree of specificity that can and will be used in the court of law.
Statements have been made such as 'You have been double billed because of a 'glitch' in our system' and 'I just told you that I would fax you a copy of your billing records in order to 'appease' you.
This has gone on long enough. I have explained the situation to several people within your customer service organization, but to no avail. I am tired of the empty promises that they 'will call me back with an update'.
The only reconciliation that will satisfy me at this point is the following:
* Full credit on my account for charges that I am disputing.
* A letter indicating that my account has been reconciled.
At the very least I would like a response from your company regarding this incident. Thank you for your time.
