Sharper Image Complaint - ionic breeze
ST PETERSBURG, FLORIDA -- We purchased an ionic breeze February we left Fla in may to go back to colo. The ionic breeze was not in use again until October. It ran for about 5 weeks and then it stopped working. I have tried to get a response by email on numerous occasions but to no avail.
To help keep me as a potential future customer, I would like the following:
I would like a replacement.
At the very least I would like a response from your company regarding this incident. Thank you for your time.
