Denim Express Complaint - DenimExpress - A case study in poor customer service

WABASH, INDIANA -- We placed a phone order with DenimExpress overalls for my daughter with a rush order delivery. She needed the overalls for a spring break mission trip next week. DenimExpress sent the wrong overalls. DenimExpress admitted their error after reviewing a taped recording of the order. To have the overalls received on time, they needed to be overnighted; a $25 fee. DenimExpress refused to overnight the garment unless we paid the overnight fee, even though the error was their fault. My wife and I tried multiple times to speak with a supervisor. Strangely, I was never allowed to speak to a manager. Lindsey the person taking orders today said the manager, Dee Dee was either extremely busy or did not want to speak to me.

I'd strongly recommend not using DenimExpress via the phone or the internet. They're not particularly skilled in taking the correct order, and when they foul things up, their customer service is abysmal...
