Cheaptickets.com Informative - Terrible online service, and horrible customer service
DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA -- I purchased an international ticket from cheaptickets two month in advance, and paid extra to request a paper ticket. Since it is international travel, I did not want to take my chance with electronic tickets, and since I paid for my paper ticket, I would assume I would receive them. A week before my trip I still have not received the ticket in the mail, although when purchased it promised to deliver the paper ticket within a week. I searched for a customer service number to get an explanation, and after a long waiting period with an automated system, I was finally talking to person after person who didn't know how to handle the situation. While I waited on the line for half an hour, I was told that an investigation was necessary and that I would be called back.
Customer service are not helpful, and don't seem to know what they are doing at all.
