US Airways Complaint - Voucher Reimburstment problem
WASHINGTON, DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA -- I purchased a ticket for 638$ at your Washington, DC location and used a 75$ voucher. This bought the ticket price to 563$ I'm thinking good price!
Less than five days later the ticket price was reduced to 525$. Well even better I thought to myself. I phoned USAir and a very polite customer service rep informed me that a credit voucher would be mailed to me.
Well imagine my suprise when I received a credit voucher for only 37$. Barely the difference between 563$ and 525$.
Well, I should have received a voucher for the difference between 638$ and 525$ and then had my 75$ voucher applied.
The way you have it figured I lose the 75$. Which I received from USAir for very poor customer service on a return flight after a funeral.
I am usually very satisfied with USAir service,
but I feel very much cheated at this moment. I take 2-4 flights a year. Usually with USAir.
To help keep me as a potential future customer, I would like the following:
I would like a response from USAir pany regarding this incident.
I would like a replacement 75$ voucher.
