Zimbrick of Madison Complaint - Zimbrick of Madison has horrible customer service

Review by nothappyZimbrickcustomer on 2007-04-02
MADISON, WISCONSIN -- We recently purchased a used, 2001 Honda Accord from the BMW lot in Madison, WI. The day after we brought the car home, the alarm went off randomly. Within the next few days, the alarm went off randomly another 4 or 5 times.

We brought the car back to the dealership and they have now had it four times, to no avail. The so called "mechanics" at Zimbrick, which by the way specialize in servicing Hondas, had no idea on how to fix the problem. First they took away our keyless entry locks...alarm still went off. They then said that they were going to send the car to an "alarm and stereo" specialist, because they apparently did not know how to actually fix a Honda. They also said that they were going to bill the BMW used car lot for the repair.

Upon bringing the car in for this repair, Zimbrick then told us that it would cost us $160 to get the problem fixed. We refused to put any more of our time and money into this car that has been nothing but problems since we purchased it.
