IP Casino Biloxi Complaint - Trouble in Paradise - customer service
BILOXI, MISSISSIPPI -- This past weekend, I returned to Biloxi for the first time since Katrina. I had always loved IP Casino ever since my first visit. I found, however, that it has gone completely downhill. The way the machines have been set up makes it seem like a maze. The high point was the Back Bay Buffet with their wide variety of excellent food. The casino itself has no customer service whatsoever. It took forever to get a drink and a 2nd floor supervisor didn't have the backbone to enforce the rules. It was always understood that if someone was playing more than one machine and someone else walked up and wanted to play one, the gamer had to give that machine up. Casino attendants have stated this several times. A woman refused to do this and when I went to an attendant, he was too lazy to handle the situation and got his supervisor. Before I could say anything to her, this woman got up and threw a tantrum, cussing me and the supervisor. She then went back to playing both machines and the supervisor directed me to machines downstairs and at the same time never said anything to this woman whose behavior was so uncalled for actually put me in a slight state of shock because according to her it "wasn't worth the arguement". I will not stay, play, eat, or return to IP again for any reason. There are plenty of other places on Casino Row to spend your money without having to watch overgrown children be pacified. Any attendants reading this might want to bear in mind that someone who acts like that and is not reprimanded and made to comply with the rules could easily cause a physical altercation. To allow people to act that way in your establishment is unneccessary and does cost you other patrons' business.
