MCI/Worldcom Complaint - What a Mess you are !!!
OHIO -- I signed up for MCI service in July of 2000 Was told by the rep no more dialing 10 10 220 They were our long distant provider now and all 1 minute calls 7 cents
Have no been trying to get promised rates and service for 7 months and cannot get Ameritech and MCI to adjust our bills Have also been to the state PUCO and Consumer council and they must be funded by MCI and Ameritech !!! No help !! Have had our service turned off once by Ameritech and many threats to do that Letter and by Phone
The lastest twist to this saga is that we were required to figure our own adjustment or what we felt was the adjustment and we have just spent 6 hours pouring over old phone bills trying to do just that !!!
Please do not believe the sales pitches from MCI as we have been trying for months to get the promised benefits and dont let the Blockbuster gift card sway you !!!!
