Insight Communitions Complaint - Repaying A Bill That Was Paid

DRY RIDGE, KENTUCKY -- I was sent a bill to pay and I went to see why it was so high when I got to the main office I found out that they wanted me to repay the reconnection fee and the first month for my services but I had already paid those in order to get the services turned back on they also had me down for two accounts they sent me a check for the amount that I had paid to get the services back on and I honestly thought that I had over paid and now they want me to pay them back for their mistake. I feel that this is very wrong it was them that made the mistake of sending me back the money but they don't see that way and they said that I have to pay. I have heard that they have done this to a few customers and no one else has said anything about this. so please help me with this and explain to them that they can't do this to anyone one else.
