Rainsoft Complaint - Poor performance - water softening system for $6000 +

We purchased a system from rainsoft for over $6000. It was so labor intense that in the first year we had over 15 service calls. Each call requires someone to be home when a technician comes to the home. Rainsoft can not give a time as to when that day they will be to your residence which requires someone to stay home from work and let these monkeys do their job. I let my warranty expire and removed the system. I installed a system from lowes that works bettter and is virtualy maintenance free.

I took the rainsoft system to my medical office lobby with all the service call documentation, and let all who enter my practice know that if they purchase rainsoft they will regret it.

Hmmm not sure what I would make of a disgruntled doctor I was planning to see with a rainsoft system sitting in the waiting room! Ha.
