Empire Hyundai Complaint - Misleading And Rude
FALL RIVER, MASSACHUSETTS -- I recently bought a car from empire Hyundai. I agreed to the price of 15775 and a monthly payment of 325 a month. When me and my fiance went to do the fiance papers i thought i was signing for 15775. The guy told us that since my interest rate went up to points my payment went to 349 and since it went up he was going to throw in an extended warranty and gap insurance for nothing. So we agreed. I was suppose to be on the loan with my fiance and then refinance it and take him off. When he went to go get a loan somewhere else for something. Come to find out that he is the only one on the loan and that i got charged 18,775 for the car so i ended up financing 21,007 for a car that's only 14,000 brand new. When he confronted the people at the dealership they called me a liar and told me i didn't know what i was talking about and that after 6 months it would then show up on my credit.
I made a formal complaint to Hyundai and i called and left a message on ricks vm ( the president ) someone called on his behalf and talked to my fiance and told him that he must have selected hearing and selected memory and he only heard what he wanted to here and was calling him stupid. How on earth is this a way to conduct business. This is very unprofessional. How do they expect to get returning customers. Do not buy a car from this dealership they will screw you over!!!!!
