Chatter Bug Complaint - Where Did They Go? - Long Distance Service

COLFAX, WISCONSIN -- Last month my long distance service took the payment . For the last month we have had no long distance service. We have tried to contact them by their 800 number, their listed office number, and by e-mail. We have left messages at all places with no response. They have given no reason for why there has been no service. The Chatter Bug said nothing and has not offered to refund any money. So where did they go? Beyond all that the service OK at best. Some times it would work and some times it wouldn't. You just never knew for sure. That on the most would be OK because it wasn't real often and not for long period of time.

Best to probably avoid them if you are a new customer looking for service. It appears they are still accepting new money!
