Sword Demon.com Compliment - Outstanding Customer Service

I placed an order with this site and accidently entered the wrong quantity (2 instead of 1). I immediately emailed them apologizing for the mistake and asking them to correct it and to credit my account for the rest. Since it was on a weekend I didn't hear from them until monday morning. They replied "not a problem, your order has been corrected and your account was credited. Your order will ship today." Great story right. It gets better. I had placed two orders with a competing site a week and a half before and they never returned my emails. I finally grew tired of them and eventually cancelled those orders and placed them with Sword Demon and they too shipped out on almost the same day the orders were placed. I have never ever gotten service so fast and so courteous from an online vendor. And I shop online for almost everything. I placed 3 seperate orders with this site on the same week starting on a monday, by thursday my fiance had received all of his items. Great Job Sword Demon!!! Keep up the good work!

Lucky you, the rep must have been feeling good. For me, they were rude and dishonest.

It took two business days and the order wasn't shipped. They canceled the order because I complained about getting double charged.

Not safe to use a site, probably run by one goon who deals with customers based on his mood.
