Wells Fargo Health Savings Complaint - Bad Customer Service

OAKLAND, CALIFORNIA -- I recently closed my Health Savings Account and roll it out to another bank. I filled out and sent in my form to Wells Fargo with directions to where to send my money to and to close my account. Wells Fargo sent my money to a different bank altogether, I attempted calls to customer service for 4 weeks without an answer to where my money was, the first line of customer service persons would not let me talk to a supervisor, I ended up tracking down my check at the other bank, talked with the person who saw my check and who sent the check back to Wells Fargo. After eight weeks of chasing my money, they sent it to my bank. All this time I was unable to pay my medical bills due to Wells Fargo lack of ability to follow the directions on their own forms. I suggest you get your money out of Wells Fargo as soon as possible.
