Cybersonic Complaint - Worst customer service ever!

CARSON, CALIFORNIA -- Cybersonic has never sent any replacement toothbrush heads but has continued to charge me shipping and handling. Part of the purchase agreement is replacement heads for life, but all I have now is a useless handle. I have spent HOURS on the phone with them to try to solve the problem, but they always brush me off, they don't call me back when they promise to, they never send the merchandise, and they never refund my money. The last 15+ phone calls I have made to them have met only with a busy signal. I have spent over $100 in order to use a not-so-great toothbrush for 6 months. Do not buy their product! You will not get what you pay for!

That's funny. We get someone else's toothbrush heads. We still get charged, but the name on the package is wrong. I have called numerous times to straighten it out. But they won't fix it. I might be receiving your toothbrush heads!
