rxorderonline.com Complaint - NON RECEIPT OF ORDER
ONLINE STORE -- On 6 Mar 02 I placed an order with this site and immediately received a confirmation of order receipt. On 8 Mar 02 my credit card was charged $198.00 for this order. As of 13 Apr 02 I have not received ANYTHING-not even a response to my 15 e-mails asking for my status. The site says they ship next day Fed Ex and if there is a problem I will be notified-I HAVE RECEIVED NOTHING!!!!!
To help keep me as a potential future customer, I would like the following:
A refund or my order!!
At the very least I would like a response from your company regarding this incident. Thank you for your time.
