J.B. Robinson Jewelers Complaint - we have been sold a piece of junk
MENTOR, OHIO -- I bought a wedding set for my fiancee on 12/13/01. We've had it repaired twice
since then. The second time it came back was yesterday, Friday, 4/12/02. It broke
again today, we lost a stone, FOR THE SECOND TIME! -- and the ring came back
bent up and scratched, and a bunch of arrogant, rude JB Robinson employees
refused to refund our money for a piece of jewelry that is obviously of shoddy quality.
To help keep me as a potential future customer, I would like the following:
I want the money back for the ring, and the money for the repair that we paid for.
You can look it up, we're in the computer at the Great Lakes Mall store.
You *will* also give me a call on my cell phone ASAP. 440 487-5331. I am fully
prepared to take legal action if you decide to ignore me.
At the very least I would like a response from your company regarding this incident. Thank you for your time.
