American Wallpaper And Blinds Complaint - Return Of Funds Due To Non Delivery

PLYMOUTH, MICHIGAN -- I recently ordered wallpaper from this company and almost 2 weeks went by without a word. I was supposed to have my order only after 5 days of paying for the item. Well I called to find out where my paper is and of course no one knew. They got in touch with the factory and got back to me stating that it was discontinued! Well why did I have to call them to find this out? And why didn't they tell me that when I ordered in the first place? So I told them I want my money back, they said I would not be getting it back for 10 days! why do I have to wait? I paid for the order right then and there, so I should get my refund back just the same! Well after a few days of calling them and asking for my money back, they finally told me it was posted to my bank and I would not get it for another 30 days. Now who is jerking who around? All I want is my money back. why at first I would get it in 10 days and now its 30 days? Something is not right here. I will never do business with this company again, and I recommend you do the same.
