Ezinkjets.com Complaint - An "F" Rating With The BBB

CHATSWORTH, CALIFORNIA -- I ordered printer ink from this company located in California. I live in Oregon, so I expected delivery pretty quick. I have not received my order in 9 days, so I try to call. They tell me that their computers are down and to call back tomorrow. I search them up on the BBB website only to discover that they have over 780 complaints against them for not sending the orders, not responding to calls and complaints.

There for, I am going to tell the world about them in an attempt to shut them down!!!!

It is hard to understand how Ezinkjets.com stays in business. There are hundreds of complaints about them all over the Internet. It really pays to Google any new company your going to do business with. Like everyone else, file complaints with the Los Angeles County D.A., the FTC etc. The more complaints the better chance they can be shut down. A dispute with your credit card company will hurt them too, their discount rate goes up and when there are enough chargeback's they will loose their merchant account. I see there are even a couple reports now on this board about them.

EZ INKJETS tried to screw me as well. They said they dont know when they would be able to send a refund, because of some litigation they are currently experiencing. So I got creative. You can do this to it is very easy. Every order form filled out on their website goes to an email address so I found an order change form (so I wouldn't have to use credit card info) and sent them a message, repeatedly, "SEND MY REFUND". If you send this enough times you will fill their inbox to its limit and they wont be able to receive orders. Heres the link http://www.ezinkjets.com/.sc/ms/ch/ee/ordercancel
Simeltaneously I faxed them about 100 pages all saying send me my refund. You can do this by taking a long sheet of paper(or make one out of two sheets) and write your message and feed them into your fax machineuntil you can tape one end to the other, forming a loop. Then just hit send. Eventually they unplug their fax machine or run out of paper, foiling another order/theivery avenue. I called them a couple of times during this process and told them what I wanted and they eventually complied.

The only way to get this company shut down is to contact the Federal Trade Commission @ 877-382-4357 and file a complaint. Contact your credit card company within 90 days to get the charge reversed, then the credit card company can go after them. I have had to take the company to court because I didn't know what to do - case is pending - possible criminal charges since their refund check bounced. They have until 05/24/07 to remit payment via Postal Money Order. Everyone who reads this warning should go to very complaint website and post a warning. Maybe if we get enough posted, other people won't have to go through what we've gone through
