En Style Wedding Designs Complaint - En Style Wedding Design, 7668 Fullerton Rd. Suite I-1: Bad customer service

SPRINGFIELD, VIRGINIA -- [NAME REMOVED] President and Chief Executive Office has poor customer service skills. I order three items from her establishment 30 days ago. At the time that I order the items I was told it would take 7 to 10 business day for the items that I order to come in. Thirty Days later I contacted the store to ask what was taking so long for me to get my belongings. [NAME REMOVED] told me she would refund the money. I went to the story to get my refund and was told by the sales associate that she wasn't authorized to refund the money. The associate called [NAME REMOVED] and she would not give the authorization to refund the money. I informed that I was told I would be refunded the money, that I drove 30 miles to get to the store and would have to drive an additional 30 miles to get home. I asked her if the items that I purchased where in, she told me she didn't know and that she was not going to look for them. I also asked the associate if I could do an even exchange and she told me no. I left my mailing information so the items could be mailed to me. I expressed to the associate that En Style Wedding Designs had poor/bad etc. customer service skills and left the store. In route home [NAME REMOVED], President and Chief Executive Officer called my cell phone and told me she was disappointed in the things that I said about her establishment. I told her I was disappointed in her establishment and that I was a grown women and didn't care if she was disappointed she told me "since you are a grown women you can read the receipt that you got when you purchased the items, it said no refund and I will not be refunding your money." [NAME REMOVED] was out of line and it was not in her place to tell a customer that she is disappointed in them. I do not recommend anyone to do business with this establishment. It has been a month from the date that I paid in full for my items and I still don't have them.

actually no...my friends are right here with me and complaining about how shady the owner is. They went there knowing what size they needed for a dress. The owner kept saying she will order them 2 size higher than the requested. Well the way she makes money is to order you bigger size then charge you $60 for alteration. So you make your own decision :) EnStyle is shady!
