USA-Canada Express Complaint - Prepaid Phone Card Rip-Off

I bought phone cards from this company through callingcardsplus.com. There is a minimum of a $10 purchase so I bought two at $5 each. The card is supposedly one cent per minute. I really thought I got too few minutes out of the first $5 card, so I started writing down the numbers on card two. The voice said I had two hundred and some minutes. After twenty-two, I heard 'you have one minute remaining' cutting into my call. I called customer service. Busy. Called again. Busy again. Took many many tries to get through, then was on hold for probably fifteen minutes. The man who answered apologized and said my minutes would be replaced.

I tried the card agin 15 minutes later, as the CSR told me to do. One hundred eighty minutes remaining. Okay, cool. So I make my call. And...after less than fifteen minutes, I get 'you have one minute remaining'. I keep calling them, they keep replacing fewer and fewer minutes, and I keep actually getting 12 minutes instead of 130, 9 instead of 100.....thieves.
