J.C. Morris & Company Complaint - delay for months and they canceled my order because I complaint to Yahoo

I placed an order to buy a Sony Vaio FXA 36 to J.C. Morris & Company back in last Nov. 2001 with full payment. J.C. Morris & Company failed to meet their promised delivery dates 5 times. In Feb., I made an unofficial complain to Yahoo Shopping Site where I found the merchant and they got mad and suddenly cancel my order. They wrote me following e-mail, but they only sent me $966.11 check. Cheap! I feel my order is still outstanding and I demand my order to be shipped or get back 1300 - 966.11 = 333.89.

I don't want other people to go trough the nightmare I went through, so you are welcome to post this complain to your homepage. If you need the original e-mail I got from them, please let me know, I keep all the records.

I will address your issues personally. We have no interest in your money and I have authorized the accounting department to cut you a check in the amount of $1300.00 and close out your account.
Your order was rejected in Yahoo because are were not getting that product. You have been communicated with and have always been given the opportunity to cancel your order, but you elected not to. Since you have filed an official complaint, I will adhere to the Terms and Conditions you accepted on our website when you placed your order.

I will notify Yahoo of the your tracking number and refund issued today.

Future more we are nothing like the Enron corporation and I should caution you about making statements that we are running away with customer's money.

Your refund is being sent to your Tulsa, OK address on file. If this is not the correct address please notify us before 1 p.m. today.

I'm pretty impressed with the speed that this was taken care of. And the letter came from a V.P.
I can tell the J.C. Morris Co. has a pretty good idea of how to run a customer service department.

This company is running a huge ponzi scam. They take people's money for as long as possible and give nothing in return. When people complain they get very nasty and try to only give some of the money back. Finally, they give it all, six months later. So in summary, they had your money for 6 months. A 0% loan.
