Expedia.com Informative - Customer support
I booked a $2000 trip online, and then had a question about what I presented to the ticket agent at the airport. All that Expedia provided me with was a confirmation number. I filled out their "Itinerary Assistance Form" twice concerning my question. They state that someone will respond within 24 hours. It has been almost three days, and, so far, no response whatsoever. Once they got my money, the customer support evaporated.
