RE: Keri Products
Dear Sir or Madam:
On April 11, 2002 I bought Keri softly scented lotion model number KT3173-12-00 at Dollar Tree in Central Mall, Texarkana, Texas.
Unfortunately your product cause adverse reactions to my skin. My face, neck, arm, legs, back all over! I have used your products before and never experience the burning, itching and rash as I experience with the above batch number.
To help keep me as a potential future customer, I would like the following:
I had to seek medical attention as well as miss several days from work.
To resolve the problem, I would appreciate been compensated for the days off work the embarrassment and discomfort I have experience and continue to experience this date. I'm requesting to have medical bills &
RX paid.
Also since I'm going to have to purchase products to clear the skin up from the dark discoloration left on my face from the roughness and dryness.
I look forward to your reply and a resolution to my problem. Please contact me at the address listed above or you may contact me via e-mail janjmack@ivillage.com or 870-777-7576 (H) 870-777-3451,ext:203 (W)
At the very least I would like a response from your company regarding this incident. Thank you for your time.
