Informative - First positive experience

ST LOUIS, MISSOURI -- IT is hard to get realistic customer service online. But I recently purchased an Eheim canister aquarium filter from and was pleasantly surprised. I got pretty good respone through email, even though they don't offer phone support for consumer questions. It seemed like a real person answering the email. The filter is actually hard to ship, but they got it 1/2 way across the country in 2 days and it was packed perfectly in peanuts. I feel like if I'm going to write negative reviews, I should also spend the time to tell people about the companies that try hard and do a good job.

This company also had realistic and very competitive prices!

I like your attitude. Wish more people thought as you do. It might help if you made a copy of your letter and sent it to just in case they don't monitor this forum.
