TNT Complaint - Shoddy way to run a business

BOSTON, MASSACHUSETTS -- We had our first, and last, experience with TNT travel. We were heading to Bermuda for 5 days. The flight would leave Boston at 10:30 in the morning, so that we would have almost the entire day in Bermuda. When we arrived at the airport, two hours prior to departure, we were told that there was mechanical problems. We sat and talked to some others waiting for the flight. One guy said the same thing happened to his friend and it would probably be eight hours delayed... I thought he was kidding! Oh no, this is almost exactly what happened. Our flight departed after 5 p.m. The more people I talked to the more I heard this shoddy behaivor is not uncommon. The bartender at Houlihan's informed us this was two days in a row. Every time I mentioned TNT, people would say, we flew them once.. never again. Save yourselves the headache...and skip them all together.
