Slickcar.com Complaint - No parts no refund - car parts

ONLINE -- I ordered car parts from this online store (slickcar.com) on Feb. 23, 2007. After a week went by and nothing in the mail. I went online and checked the status of my shipment. The tracking info stated that my item shipped on the second day of purchase. I waited and no parts ever came. I called the company and customer service told me that the item was cancelled because they didn't have it in stock. They didn't contact me about this, I told them that I wanted a refund, it is now April 17th and I still do not have a refund. I've contacted this company over 20 times by phone and email. Still no response. Don't order anything from this co. or you will probaly get ripped off like I did.

Hopefully you paid by credit card, so just dispute the charges.

The same thing happened with a friend but he used a debit card and getting a refund was a huge hassle.
