BillMeLater Complaint - Poor customer service
Think twice before using BillMeLater. Last Christmas we ordered toys for children from ToysRUs and used BillMeLater to pay. The toys were never recieved and the children were disappointed. After several nonproductive telephone calls to ToysRUs, UPS and BillMeLater the only option available was to dispute the charges. BillMeLater acknowledge the dispute and said it would be resolved within 30 days. About 75 days later the charges were placed back on my account without explaination. When I telephoned to inquire why I was told I MUST pay for items that were never delivered, and that my dispute is with UPS - not BillMeLater. I have "re" disputed the charges and am still waiting for BillMeLater's response.
