Universal Studios Hollywood Complaint - I feel that I was mislead, and ripped off.
UNIVERSAL CITY, DELAWARE -- On my first visit,I was asked by the electronic ticket purchasing machine to pay $79.00 for an entrance ticket that was being advertised(over a loud speaker)for $49.00.This was also supposed to be 'buy a day, get a year' deal. This was also to include a 'directors pass' (which I saw as no benefit at all,as I had to stand in line just like everyone else). All these features were being advertised for $49.00. On my second visit, I brought all of my reciepts; original ticket; etc. from my first visit (hence 'buy a day, get a year')assuming that I would be able to enter for free on all of my future visits for the next year. I had handed to the fellow at the entrance gate my ticket from my first visit. He reluctantly let me in with it, but said that it was an old ticket that had already been used once, and shouldn't be used twice. He told me to go to the Customer service desk, because I had asked him about my season pass. So I went there. The man at the desk said to me that what I have is not a season pass, but merely a one day entrance ticket. He was upset that someone let me in with that old ticket. I asked to purchase a SEASON PASS right now. He said OK, you just need to buy a one day pass. So I did. I took my 'season pass' to the season pass photo booth, and the guy that worked there told me that what I had purchased today WAS NOT a season pass! He said it was a 'one day admission'. I was upset, and disappointed.
To help keep me as a potential future customer, I would like the following:
An appology, and or a refund.
At the very least I would like a response from your company regarding this incident. Thank you for your time.
