Comcast Corporation Complaint - Triple play = Triple pay
SALISBURY, MARYLAND -- I allowed comcast to talk me Into getting the triple play I was like that sound's good all on one bill for only $109.00 plus tax so I switched over from verizon who happened to be a stress free company for year's for me. Once I switched I have had hardly any access to my phone I mean this ghetto rigged up stuff Is not worth anyone trying It I promise you will regret It If you do.
I mean I could be on an Important phone call and out goes my service for 3 to 4 hours and still I have to pay for the lost time comcast do not believe In crediting your account. Then when I get my bill It was triple what They advertised at first I thought just I was going through this so I would take and use my cell phone to call everyone I knew that had comcast's ghetto service and every phone was out I mean I don't have a phone more that I do. So I am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
